     Thank you very much!   Hopefully, it will move the governor to do the right thing.     My evidence stands for itself.   Jon Corzine also calls himself a corruption fighter, yet Jon has not returned any of my certified letters and emails.    You are right, Corzine doesn't want a scandal for his state.

This story begins with a Marine Uniform!  He was born in 1950 and grew up watching many patriotic movie films of World War II Marines on television.  His brother-in-law, who he was very close to, was an honorable Korean War Marine.  He proudly served in the 1st Marine Division during some of the roughest times of that forgotten war.

At a young age, he dreamed of the day that he would someday get to wear that proud and honorable Marine uniform.  It was interesting, especially since his older brother served in the U.S. Army and his other brother served in the Navy.  (The harmless teasing and comparisons were fun.)  His father, being a proud retired New York City policeman, stayed out of the rivalries of his three sons.

After his return from Vietnam, he got to wear his Marine uniform with all the ribbons he earned serving in a peasant-farming village on the countryside of Vietnam under the Marine Corps' Combined Action Program (CAP).

This is the first part of my life, because I would like for you to know something about me before I get my book published.  First of all, my name is John A. Evans and I will be writing this story in small words.  No big words because I would like for little kids and everybody to be able to understand what they are reading.  And I hope that they will be able to share this with their kids, because it could happen to them in their future.

He was born in a small town called Marion, Alabama.  There were six of them in the family.  His mother had to take care of them by herself and she did the best that she could.  He went to a small school called Marion Public School.  From the first grade to the sixth, they had hand-me-down books from white kids.  And from the seventh grade to the twelfth grade, he went to Lincoln High School.  They were not able to go to school with the white kids.  If they went to a restaurant to get something to eat, they would have to go to the back door to be served.  If a water fountain was for white people only, they were not allowed to drink from it.

Two individuals, people, human beings, of different backgrounds, from different parts of this land, with one thing in common:  they both served with honor in the military and honored their country and upheld that for which they believed.  But their country did not honor them and instead, has thrown them to the wolves.  They are but two of the MANY who have been deceived by the country which they grew up in and a country they trusted and believed would stand with and behind them when the going got rough.  They both have been betrayed by the very country for which they served to protect and honor.  America owes both of these individuals big time, yet refuses to pay the debt.

Jack Cunningham is the first individual named above and he has been backed into a corner and is fighting for his very life, because a corrupt political and legal system in New Jersey does not have the guts to stand up and do what is right.  They hide the issues in closets, they lose papers, they protect each other in their dirty little chambers and they are taking great steps to ensure that the people buy their little pack of lies so that they will not lose their stature and their jobs.

John Evans is the second individual named above and he has been backed into the same kind of corner Jack Cunningham has been backed into, fighting for his very life, also.  The corrupt political and legal system and machinery are grinding every ounce of life out of this individual so that people in high places can continue to drive their Mercedes and live in their mansions.  These type of people have small minds, little, if any integrity, and no morals whatsoever, when it comes to doing what is right.

The biggest threat to America is not coming from the terrorists and from any enemy in Iraq, in Vietnam, in Korea, in wherever!  Our biggest threat is coming from within and deep within a legal and political system which is so rotten and corrupt they have no conception that they are on the wrong track.  Crime is on the rise and has been because law enforcement does not know the difference between right and wrong.  Politicians are so corrupt that they cannot begin to know what it right for America.  They only know what is right for their pocketbook, their own existence and their own little world where they play their games.

Jack Cunningham and John Evans and countless other Americans served with honor to uphold and protect that which they believe.  They put their lives on the line and they sacrificed above and beyond to help YOU AND ME.  They paid a huge price because the nation they served to honor and protect has turned its back on them and thrown them to the wolves.  They are out their, on the Internet, on the streets, and anywhere they have to be to try to tell you the TRUTH and to have someone LISTEN and do something about the corruption, the deceit, the lies, the falsehoods, and the treachery going on in the courts, the legal system, Washington, and in America.  But no one is listening or wants to listen.  They turn their backs on the TRUTH and they hide because they cannot stand to hear the truth and it seems, they do not care!

YOU, America, had better take note of this and stand up and be counted.  You may not think this involves you but believe me, it does involve you and it will come back to haunt you.  God does not play favorites and one day when an accounting is held, we will all pay the price for our neglect and apathy of other people.

Jack Cunningham is being denied his rights on every front in the State of New Jersey and the law enforcement, from the Governor on down, is sitting back with smiles on their faces, playing with his life.  They are afraid to face the truth and they are afraid the truth will set Jack Cunningham free and set the record straight, which would mean some heads would roll and some people could lose their jobs.  So they continue their acts of treachery and toy with the life of Jack Cunningham.  After all, someone in Capital City does not want the people of New Jersey to really find out what actually happened to some of the papers and take a peek in the DIRT closet where most of the TRUTH is hidden.  But one day the people of New Jersey and the people of America will find out just how corrupt the officials in New Jersey really are.  You all can start searching on the Internet and check out who is voting for what in the State of New Jersey and it will not take a genius to figure out what the future will bring.  The course law enforcement and the political system is on in New Jersey reminds me of the voyage of the Titanic.  YOU put two and two together and then you tell me what kind of chance Jack Cunningham has in New Jersey.

Law enforcement monitors law enforcement in New Jersey and if there is corruption deceit, treachery, etc., and they want to reform it, how can it happen when the same corrupt system in office is in charge of the reform?

I challenge the State of New Jersey to do the right thing, the honorable thing, to bring about justice and fair play.  You have denied due process to Jack Cunningham and you continue to deny him the right to live a decent life.  He served to protect citizens in New Jersey and America and he did that.

I want the people of New Jersey to remember all of the above when the next election rolls around and when you mark those little blocks and pull the levers, think of Jack Cunningham and what he has had to endure.  He served with honor, he paid a huge price and now he is being made to live like an animal, fighting for survival, at the hands of people with little minds who think they have all of you in their back pocket.  And the next time one of those political "ANGELS" comes to your door or calls your home to solicit your vote.....and tell you they represent the people, ask them why Jack Cunningham is not considered to be people?

God Bless America, Jack Cunningham, John Evans and all those out there who are serving for us right now in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere.  God Bless anyone in America who is helping or trying to help people like Jack Cunningham and John Evans.  For the others, I will pray that the light of understanding will cross your path so that you can learn to comprehend what kind of danger is presented to us by corrupt law enforcement and political people who could care less for you and me.
