Meltdown of the NJ Justice System
"The Maynard and Truland Cover-Up"
Meltdown of the NJ Justice System and New Jersey Attorneys' Rules of Conduct. This corruption is poisoning the Legal
Atmosphere in the whole State. (Yet
tight standards remain for other attorneys... The Government is not playing fair and equal.)
What would it mean to all the attorneys of the state, if a New Jersey Supreme Court Office
of Attorney Ethics Vice-Chairman was found guilty of attorney ethics violations and legal malpractice; and was part of a seven
year, major state-government-wide attempt to cover it all up… (The system that allowed this to happen should be corrected.)
Back in early September 2007, I sent the attached email letter to the FBI Internet Tip Line. I received their attached response, the following day after they reviewed my New Jersey State corruption evidence and status that I have posted
to numerous internet WebPages.
It has taken me until now to bring this hard copy to the attention of the FBI “Public Corruption
Squad.” Seven years into this
New Jersey State Government Executive and Judicial Cover-up, it gets harder each time to pull everything
together. I could not get energized enough to piece together all my evidence. This PTSD nightmare has had many painful twists, turns and powerful roadblocks. These raw and poignant barriers of corruption, and being scorned as dysfunctional
in New Jersey Court documents, have taken its toll.
The Department of Veterans Affairs PTSD professionals,
who I have copied with this complaint, would understand my PTSD exacerbation. My
official VA medical records are extremely clear.
Egregious,
Flagrant, Arrogant Abuse of Power by New Jersey State Executive and Judicial Government Officials.
Involvement:
New Jersey Governor’s Office, New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, U.S.
Senator Robert Menendez’s Office, New Jersey Supreme Court, New Jersey Superior Court, New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics
The Center of the Cover-Up:
The seven year, New Jersey State-Wide Cover-up of New Jersey Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics Vice-Chairman Robert
Correale’s and his Law Firm, Maynard & Truland’s Legal Malpractice and Attorney Ethics Violations.
There’s little question
about the overwhelming evidence of a Cover-Up, government corruption and Official Misconduct.
Allowing this Cover-up to continue essentially legitimizes this illegal
practice. Tag-teaming a PTSD disabled vet to deny him his Due Process
and Civil Rights should be a federal crime.
I
am considered 100% PTSD disabled by the federal Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), due to my service in the Vietnam War,
while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. I have copied a number of Department
of Veterans Affairs (VA), PTSD professionals with this letter as well as some of my internet supporters.
Although
I have been asking the State of New Jersey for reasonable disability accommodations for my PTSD, my evidence is clear that
the State of New Jersey has been denying my Civil Rights to Due Process for seven (7) years now.
For years I have been asking the state of New Jersey for an independent investigation of Robert Correale, outside the Office of Attorney Ethics. With Robert Correale, being a Vice-Chairman of the Morris/Sussex County Attorney
Ethics committee, there was a major Conflict of Interest within the New Jersey Supreme Court Office of
Attorney Ethics. For a number of months in 2003, the director of the Office of
Attorney Ethics insisted that Robert Correale’s own committee judge the ethics charges against Correale and his law
firm of Maynard & Truland. (There were no oversights. They knew what they were doing.)
Someone in New Jersey’s Office of
Attorney Ethics orchestrated the nefarious scheme to cover-up for Vice-Chairman Robert Correale. In 2003, New Jersey Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics Director David Johnson and his staff
were all receiving numerous letters from me about the Cover-up and Conflict of Interest.
Many of these letters are on the internet.
My charges against the State of New Jersey
deserve an efficient, thorough and credible investigation handled with good judgment and by the book professionalism.
The
New Jersey Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics has agreed to reinvestigate my charges against Robert Correale and his
law firm, Maynard & Truland, but Director David E. Johnson and Richard J. Engelhardt, Counsel to Director David Johnson, insist that the investigation still be carried out by Vice-Chairman
Robert Correale’s former committee of District X. Evidence:

I have 22 years of working experience
in Data Processing. I have some of my New Jersey corruption
evidence on the internet, because I hoped to grow support from across the United States.
Since I was not getting my civil rights from New Jersey's Supreme Court and Superior Court,
the Governor's Office, NJ Attorney General's Office, Senate Robert Menendez and any law enforcement agency
within the State of New Jersey, I had to get support from somewhere.
The State of New Jersey has denied me my Due Process for seven (7) years now.

Corrupt Officials way of thinking: Who is going to believe a PTSD
vet over the word and reputation of a
New Jersey Supreme Court Vice-Chairman of Attorney Ethics... He'll
go away.
People
on the internet is the real answer. Since I added my New Jersey corruption evidence and ongoing status to the internet, these
WebPages have received over 100,000 readers. Although it is a small percentage
of visitors compared to all my WebPages (Over 6.2 million hits in 2007), my New Jersey corruption pages are drawing more interest each
month. Some bloggers are sending me hundreds of visitors per day. I’m hoping that it gets picked up by a major newspaper.
It is a real shame that an honorable,
PTSD disabled veteran has to place evidence on the internet in order for him to get his Due Process from the government he
bled for. I should have been receiving reasonable disability accommodations,
not a state-wide, executive and judicial cover-up.
Hopefully,
somewhere in federal law, disabled PTSD veterans are protected from bias and discrimination from their own state.
I’m looking forward to focusing on my future and that of my
family.
Sincerely
and Truthfully
John
