They have been
screaming 'doom and gloom' from day one. It has been the same, repeated message.
Do
you think three and a half years of Defeatism by some members of Congress impacts the War on Terror?
If Yes, in what way?
During
the Vietnam War, the Vietnamese communists thought American Political Defeatism was great. (It's a true piece
of history.) American Political Defeatism gave the Vietnamese communists the will to continue the war, and kill as many
Americans as possible. Even if it meant, they would lose every battle... They knew in the end, the
American People would grow tired of the loses.
In the end, the Vietnam War was dragged out and over 59,000 Americans are now on THE WALL in Washington DC.
How do you
think today's terrorists feel about some members of the United States Congress Defeatism?
I
bet the terrorists find these American congressional leaders extremely strange in the very least. The
terrorists only know commitment...
Whether it is American Politicians or the American People, the terrorists are just happy that Defeatists make their Holy War
that much easier. (Their commitment to this Holy War is not going to change.)
Much like the
Vietnamese communists felt back during the Vietnam War, these terrorists feel America will give up.
Two
American war-time presidents stopped Defeatism. Republican
Abe Lincoln and Democrat Woodrow Wilson
The 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution
was passed by a Democrat and Republican Congress, three years after the American Civil War. It was ratified in
order to stop future Defeatism during times of war.
WHEN IS OUR CURRENT CONGRESS GOING TO USE THE CONSTITUTION
AS THEIR GUIDELINE TO GOVERN
(LEAD) AMERICA.
(14th AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION)
The 14th amendment was proposed a little over a year
after the Civil War. It was ratified just about two years later. In the year of 1866, the United States Congress recognized the need to police itself during times of war. (Article 3 of the Amendment.) The more knowledge you have about politics during the Civil War,
the more you will understand why this Amendment was ratified in 1868.
If our current Congress followed the law of the 14th Amendment of the United States
Constitution, the War on Terror would end that much sooner. Just think of the amount of support the terrorists receive every time an American federal politician grandstands
politically for America’s enemies.
3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President
and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously
taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or
as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in
insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of
two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
