You better tighten your seat belts in this nation because not
only are your bank accounts not safe as you think, but a growing number of firms can seemingly do what they want, when they
want, to whom they want, at any time, regardless of whether it is legal or not. And banks are getting especially careless
when it comes to the handling of accounts for seniors and veterans. Their integrity seems to be vanishing, along with
their common sense and honesty.
I present two cases of TRUTH which shows just how sloppy and
careless businesses can operate in this country, and get away with it. These two cases happened to a Veteran and Senior
Citizen and give you a good idea of the ignorance and deceit taking place in this nation.

CASE #1:
I want all veterans and seniors in this nation to be especially
careful of a firm called Certegy Payment Recovery Services, Inc. They are supposed to be in the business of collecting
funds for firms where insufficient funds are involved. However, they seem to have found a new way to make money on this
process--a new way I call double-jeopardy collecting! They send a notice to a person in the mail telling that person
they have an insufficient fund check and then tell that person to send the funds for the check and a fee they charge for handling
the account.
I have acquired PROOF that in at least one case of a veteran,
they sent him a notice for payment of an insufficient fund check. He forwarded them a Postal Money Order to pay the
full amount of the check, so payment was made to them for that check, which was made out to BEST BUY. One month later,
that same check was presented to his bank and funds taken out of his account, so that check was PAID TWICE.
CASE #2:
A veteran who bowls in a Traveling League in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
last year wrote a $30.00 check to the Traveling League. It was cashed by the League Secretary at the Bowling Center
where they were bowling that night. A mix-up occurred and the check was sent back with a notation of insufficient funds.
The firm handling the collection account for the bowling center charged a fee for that return and so did the bank. The
veteran, in the meantime, contacted the bowling center, the bank, etc., trying to obtain the check and to pay the fee.
But everyone "did not know where it was!" So the process went the rounds a second time and the veteran was charged by
both the bowling center collection agency and the bank again. The veteran continued to try to find the check, but again
he was told they did not know where it was. Finally, the matter was sent to an attorney out of state and the veteran
received a notice that a check made out to the bowling center, by law, was to be paid. The cost, now, was $200.00.
(NOTE: The attorneys in this did not even have the payee right because the check was made out to the Traveling League.
They probably did not even know that). So the veteran, in order to make sure he did not go to jail, sent them the $200.00
in two payments.
A check which was made out for $30.00 cost the veteran approximately
$370.00. You can call it DOUBLE JEOPARDY, or whatever you like. But I call it OUTRAGEOUS!

The bottom line is that the State of Iowa, like many other states,
including New Jersey, seems to like to prey on Seniors and Veterans and the cases above are mild compared to some of the things
that have happened, especially to veterans. You all know the case of John Evans, a veteran who served his country with
honor, only to be mistakenly declared deceased, which cost him everything he owned. He now has to demonstrate and fight
like a cornered animal in a nation which professes to have freedom for everyone. People look the other way, rather than
to confront the issues and to DEMAND that the government and businesses straighten this out and render justice and fair play.
The Secret Service are tailing him to report on his activities and other offices are involved in this particular game.
They creep around, pry into his life, and play games with the life of John Evans because it is a game to them and amusing
to officials in high places.
A veteran named Jack Cunningham, in New Jersey, who has been
trying to straighten out his life and obtain justice and fair play has been targeted by law enforcement so they can make his
life a living hell! The law takes a back seat when they decide they want to play their corruption and deceit games with
peoples lives. I wonder how the Governor of that state and other states can look at themselves in the mirror and live
with themselves.
We all need to remember all of the above when the coming election
rolls around and also the fact that political commercials on TV are hate-filled with content about what is wrong with their
opponent. How many commercials do you see that are paid for by politicians or parties actually tell you what a candidate
is going to do for America, for us? You do not see any commercials that tell us what is right for America and for us--only
what is wrong with a person or his/her party!
I suggest all of you out there reading this start praying and
turning your trust to God because the day will come when this country will find the going really tough. And if they
elect someone who is not equipped to handle the terrorists like George Bush is handling them, you had better arm yourselves
and dig some foxholes because you will need both. The terrorists mean business and they are more dedicated to their
cause than we are to our own protection. Many people forget 9-11 but the people who planned it have not forgotten because
they know what they intended only partially succeeded. So the next time they will probably be more ready. And
their biggest help has been the mainstream media--a media we cannot trust to even tell us the truth anymore.
We are falling asleep and we had better wake up! We all
need to remember the Roman Empire and how powerful they were. Where are they now? We all need to remember a couple
of high towers which were toppled and people jumping out of windows to their deaths.
We have two BIG problems in America with one of them starting
with R for Republican. They think they have the answer and they will try to convince you they do. The other is
D for Democrat and they think they have the answer and will try to convince you they do. But neither one of them have
the answer as evidenced by what you see today. But neither party seems to care about or help people like John Evans,
Jack Cunningham or build the right type of fence to prevent aliens from coming to America.
I want everyone reading this to remember one thing--a
statement made a long time ago at a very somber event: "Father,
forgive them for they know not what they are doing!"
