On numerous occasions, John Cunningham requested in writing ‘the dates and the positions held in Attorney
Ethics by Robert Correale,’ but the state authorities refused to recognize Mr. Cunningham’s requests for these
details. To this day, John still has not received this information from Attorney Ethics officials. However, he learned that
Robert Correale was the local Vice-Chairman of Attorney Ethics right off the Maynard & Truland website.
January 2003
After receiving a copy of the final Maynard & Truland Invoice from collection attorney Joseph A. Molinaro
and reading that the false billing and over-charging were still on it, John Cunningham’s wife phoned the local Attorney
Ethics District X Fee Arbitration committee. At this time, John and his wife were not aware that Robert Correale was the Vice-Chairman
of this same committee.
Although Robert Correale’s and his law firm’s names were mentioned a number of times, the female
State’s ethics official at no time mentioned a Conflict of Interest. During a second phone call to the committee
a couple of hours later, John got on the phone and was told by this same ethics official, “It is not your former law
firm’s fault that you have mental problems. Workout a payment plan with them.” She hung up the phone immediately
after the statement.
(The District X Fee Arbitration Committee later denied that these phone calls took place.)
Within days, John Cunningham started writing letters to the District X Ethics Committee, quoting what was
said over the phone by the Fee Arbitration Committee official and asking for an investigation against Robert Correale and
his law firm. John attached evidence of the final Invoice, the Maynard & Truland Contact, his December 2000 letter to
District X, VA Medical Records, copies of the Default notification and his letter to Judge Miniman.
Early February. 2003
John Cunningham sent another round of letters addressed to Office of Attorney Ethics Director David E. Johnson,
Governor James McGreevey and the NJ State Attorney General. John attached the same evidence, along with the letter he sent
to District X Attorney Ethics committee just the month before.
Feb. 18, 2003
John still did not receive a response to his January letter to District X Office of Attorney Ethics.
However, he received a response for his most recent letter from NJ Attorney General. Director of Citizens Services and Relations,
Regina M. Garb wrote that she was forwarding John’s letter and evidence to the Office of Attorney Ethics Director David
Johnson. (This was Director Johnson’s second copy.) Ms. Garb added that the Attorney General was not authorized to render
legal advice to private citizens.
March 7 , 2003
John Cunningham received his first letter from the Office of Director David Johnson. John McGill, III, Deputy
Ethics Counsel was assigning the primary investigation of John’s ethics complaint to the District X Attorney Ethics
committee. (Robert Correale’s own committee.)
“Please process this matter, in the normal course, as you deem appropriate. Be further advised that
we have not retained a copy of the enclosed documents. According to McGill’s letter, John Cunningham had to direct all
his questions and concerns to Correale’s own committee.
March 7, 2003
Upon reviewing the Maynard & Truland website John Cunningham found out that Robert Correale was the Vice-Chairman
of the local District X Attorney Ethics Committee. Things were a little bit clearer to John why he was having such a hard
time getting Robert Correale and Maynard & Truland investigated. It also became a little clearer why Maynard & Truland’s
partners switched his representation from divorce attorney Edward Busichio to Robert Correale after Busichio committed his
gross negligence of falling into Default. John thought that there was a Cover-up going on and his former law firm was using
their influence in the State to block an ethics investigation. (And the State of New Jersey was going along with it fully.)
The heartless, unprofessional statement made by the female District X Fee Arbitration official became clearer as well. She
was protecting a friend and possibly one of her own supervisors.
March 8, 2003
John Cunningham wrote his first letter of an Attorney Ethics Cover-Up to Governor James McGreevey,
Attorney General’s office Regina Garb, Office of Attorney Ethics Director David Johnson, John McGill, Deputy Ethics
Counsel and District X Secretary Bonnie Frost. After Cunningham did not get a response in a few days, he continued to write
more letters about a Cover-Up within the State of New Jersey, starting with the Office of Attorney Ethics..
March 11, 2003
In Sussex County Superior Court the civil case (DC 4102-02) for an open bill against John Cunningham was held
before Honorable Judge Ronald Graves. Since John couldn’t get a local attorney to handle his case without hundreds of
dollars per hour upfront, John had to represent himself PRO SE. A number of local attorneys John called in an attempt to get
representation just told John to pay the open bill and get it over with. Local Attorney Ethics Vice-Chairman Robert Correale,
himself was representing himself and his law firm. For reasons unknown to John, the collection attorney Joseph A. Molinaro
was no longer representing Maynard & Truland for the case. At the time, John was hoping, it was because of all the counter-claim,
legal malpractice evidence he had sent Joseph Molinaro and Judge Ronald Graves.
John soon learned by a courtroom assigned arbitrator that Judge Graves and the arbitrator both read his detailed
evidence. Robert Correale agreed to drop his law firm’s open bill civil case, if John agreed to settle his legal malpractice
counter-claim in the same courtroom. John refused Correale’s suggestion, wanting to bring his charges up to the Law
Division. The law firm had harassed him too much he felt.
In the courthouse hallway, Robert Correale took John Cunningham aside and informed him that due to a Conflict
of Interest, John should not push his ethics violation charges through the District X Attorney Ethics committee. John told
Correale that it was not up to him, it was state law to file complains through the local committee. John asked Correale to
please inform the main Trenton Office of Attorney Ethics of the Conflict of Interest.
Back in the courtroom, against Robert Correale’s objections, Judged Ronald Graves ruled that John Cunningham’s
charges of legal malpractice warranted the Law Division for damages. The case was closed for that level of civil court.
March 28, 2003
John Cunningham received a letter from Governor James McGreevey. In the letter, the governor said that he
was forwarding John’s letter and attachments to Office of Attorney Ethics Director David E. Johnson. (Director Johnson
already was sent a number of letters by John and Attorney General’s office Regina Garb.) Governor McGreevey supplied
John with Director Johnson’s phone number if he wanted to talk to Johnson directly.
John tried calling Office of Attorney Ethics Director Johnson, but the director never got on the phone or
returned phone calls. John called the governor’s office and his secretary informed John that he must direct all questions
to Director David Johnson.
However, the secretary admitted to John that the governor’s office had an active file on him.
April 2003
In the hope of getting the Conflict of Interest addressed, John continued to write letters to Governor James
McGreevey, Attorney General’s office Regina Garb, Office of Attorney Ethics Director David Johnson, John McGill, Deputy
Ethics Counsel and District X Secretary Bonnie Frost. With each letter John accused the State of a Cover-Up within the Office
of Attorney Ethics. It was around this time that John started sending copies of his letters directly to each of the members
of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
The Maynard & Truland partners’ October 2000 attorney switch was working perfectly. John’s
PTSD was again chronic, but he felt that he could not give up and let the corrupt attorneys get away with using their state-wide
influence. Since Doctor Laurence Kolman retired from the federal Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), John asked his current
VA PTSD specialist to please write an impact-letter so he could send it to the necessary state officials. Ever since receiving
Maynard & Truland’s open-bill civil case, the law firm and their supporters were the only topic John spoke about
in his VA therapy sessions.
Chris Constance, John VA therapist, highlighted in a letter the negative impact on John and especially how
it was negatively impacting John’s relationships with his family. Desperate for relief, John sent Chris Constance letter
to a Cc list of 14 people.
April 9, 2003
New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics, Ms. Janet Brownlee Miller, Statewide Coordinator wrote to District XI
Committee’s Secretary Robert L. Sober with a Cc to John Cunningham. The letter was brief but it admitted to a Conflict
of Interest in District X and that John grievance against Robert Correale and his law firm was being transferred from District
X to his committee District XI. (X and XI are pretty much in the same area of the state.) Back on March 8, 2001, Ms. Janet
Brownlee Miller had the same responsibility of Statewide Coordinator within the Office of Attorney Ethics. Ms. Miller is the
first one to write a letter sending John’s grievance back to Correale’s own District X. There was no detailed
explanation in Ms. Miller April 9, 2003 letter, why the change was taking place, other than just a Conflict of Interest. (The
conflict existed back in 2001 also.)
With this notification John Cunningham started sending District XI Secretary Robert Stober the same evidence
John had sent Judge Ronald Graves for civil case (DC 4102-02): Maynard & Truland’s own Invoices (various versions),
their own Contract, court documents, court filed letters and court filed statements, etc. As well as every letter John had
sent the Office of Attorney Ethics since the beginning of 2003.
April 2003
John Cunningham opened up a legal malpractice civil case (L-207-03) in the Sussex County Superior Court Law
Division against Maynard & Truland, LLC. Back on March 11, 2003, (Against Robert Correale’s courtroom objections)
Honorable Superior Court Judge Ronald Graves, after review of John’s evidence (D C 4102-02), determined that John’s
charges of legal malpractice warranted the Law Division for damages. The Law Division was supplied with the same evidence
Judge Ronald Graves was supplied, plus written updates of Judge Graves decision and updates of Cunningham’s VA Medical
records. Since John was again forced to handle his case PRO SE, he requested that he be given Reasonable Disability Accommodations
for his PTSD disability. Robert Correale answered the opening documents for his Law Firm, Maynard & Truland, denying every
point. Although, he represented his law firm back on March 11, 2003 in Judge Graves courtroom and heard the judge’s
decision against his own objections, Correale called Cunningham’s case frivolous in his opening papers and threaten
to punish John to the fullest extent of the law, once the case was thrown out for being frivolous. John returned with his
own papers to the court, inviting Robert Correale to take a lie detector test with him.
May 2, 2003
Vice-Chairman Robert Correale, Maynard & Truland’s divorce attorney Edward Busichio and law firm
partner, James Maynard supplied statements to the District XI Attorney Ethics committee. Why law firm partner Joe Truland,
who was involved with Cunningham’s representation since day 1, was not required to make his own statement is still unknown.
(John had no direct dealings with James Maynard at any time.) Correale and Busichio were sworn Certifications and James Maynard
supplied a statement in his cover letter for his two attorneys’ certifications.
Edward Busichio sworn Certification was brief and vague and ended with the statement that John Cunningham’s
divorce Default was a “Surprise” to him. Correale supplied a history chronology that was clearly vague, misleading
and perjurious in a number of his statements. At times, Correale’s Certification even contradicted James Maynard statements
in the cover letter and both of them contradicted their own simple to read contract, when it came to their billing process
and the agreed upon Contract Retainer. John Cunningham supplied all the evidence. Maynard & Truland’s own Invoices
(various versions), their own Contract, court documents, court filed letters and court filed statements, etc. As well as every
letter John had sent the Office of Attorney Ethics since the beginning of 2003. The Maynard & Truland attorneys supplied
no attached evidence to back up their statements to District XI. Within days of receiving the Maynard & Truland attorneys’
sworn statements, Mr. Cunningham sent evidence to Secretary Robert Stober highlighting their vague, misleading and perjurious
content. However, the Maynard & Truland attorneys’ statements were accepted without question.
Mr. Cunningham sent the same evidence about their vague, misleading, perjurious Attorney Ethics Certifications
to Judge Karen Russell, who was the judge over John’s recently opened legal malpractice civil case (L-207-03) in the
Sussex County Superior Court Law Division against Maynard & Truland, LLC.
May 7, 2003
Because of a NJ Supreme Court ruling, District XI Secretary Robert Stober had to place the Attorney Ethics
investigation on hold, due to the opening of John’s civil case (L-207-03) in Sussex Superior Court.
June 6, 2003
New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics, Ms. Janet Brownlee Miller, Statewide Coordinator wrote to John Cunningham
downplaying District X Fee Arbitration official’s comment about “Mental problems…” She added that
John McGill was not part of any cover-up within Attorney Ethics. She wrote that John McGill mistakenly sent John’s grievance
into District X. (Ms. Miller didn’t mention that she made the same mistake back on March 8, 2001.) In the end, she wrote
that Secretary Robert Stober of District XI will screen the evidence for possible docketing once the civil case (L-207-03)
is over.
July & August 2003
John Cunningham kept sending in evidence and letters to Sussex County, Superior Court, Docket L-207-3, Honorable
Judge Karen Russell in the Law Division. A number of times Judge Ronald Graves decision was highlighted and the details surrounding
his decision that John’s charges warranted the Law Division for damages. Updates of John’s VA Medical Records
were also sent.
Maynard & Truland, LLC Attorney Brian Banasiak was now representing his law firm. (Robert Correale was
no longer the attorney in charge and there was also word that Correale was no longer Vice-Chairman of Attorney Ethics. However,
John could not verify either.) Attorney Banasiak sent in as evidence what Maynard & Truland claimed to be the Undisputed
Facts of the case. There were no mention of gross negligence, false billing, over-charging, lack of communications, conflict
of interests, cover-ups or Defaults. However, the Maynard & Truland attorney downplayed Judge Graves decision.
Sept. 26, 2003
During opening arguments (Docket L-207-03), John Cunningham brought up Judge Ronald Graves’ Superior
Court decision that his case warranted the law division for damages, but Maynard & Truland attorney Brian Banasiak quickly
put down that Judge Graves decision was a nothing issue…
Sussex County Superior Court Judge Karen Russell said she was forced to rule that John Cunningham’s
legal malpractice case (Docket L-207-03) had to be closed (With Prejudice) because John had failed to supply the Court with
an Affidavit of Merit. The fact that John served PRO SE with an emotional disability was not taken into consideration, due
to the State of New Jersey did not consider health as an Extraordinary Circumstance. (This was stated by Attorney Banasiak.)
The below is taken directly from Maynard & Truland, LLC legal argument for Docket L-207-03, Attorney Brian
W. Banasiak, Esq. Dated 8-5-2003.
“The (New Jersey) Legislature intent in enacting the Affidavit of Merit statue was to curtail the filing
of frivolous malpractice actions. The express purpose of the statue was to require Plaintiffs in malpractice cases to make
threshold showing that their claim is meritorious, in order that merit less lawsuits readily could be identified at an early
stage of litigation.”

November
2003
John Cunningham tried to get a
typed copy of Judge Ronald Graves’ judgment for DC 4102-02, but the Sussex County Superior Court clerk responsible for
the transcript said that part of the transcript was missing, so she could not type it.
Strangely, the part that was missing was the piece, where Judge Graves ruled that Mr. Cunningham’s legal malpractice
charges warranted the Law Division for damages. John wrote letters to Judge Ronald
Graves and Judge Karen Russell in the hope of obtaining the completed transcript, but he never received a response.
November
2003
John Cunningham filed an
Appeal (Dn. A-1503-03T2) in New
Jersey’s Superior Court Appellate Division. He
based his Appeal on Extraordinary Circumstances connected to Judge Ronald Graves’
missing court transcript should serve as the Affidavit of Merit. The fact
that he received no Reasonable Disability Accommodations for his PTSD and serving of PRO SE.
And that his case was rejected unconstitutional by Judge Russell for a lack of an Affidavit of Merit, since the case
had merit judged by Superior Court Judge Graves.
John supplied updates of his VA
Medical Records and letters of support from both Doctor Laurence Kolman and Chris Constance, asking that John receive Reasonable
Disability Accommodations for his PTSD. Cunningham sent all letters that he sent
to Superior Court trying to find Judge Graves’ missing transcript. John
also sent as evidence all letters and documents that he had sent and received from Attorney Ethics pertaining to a possible
Cover-Up.
After months of back and forth issues, the Appellate Division closed the case,
agreeing with Judge Karen Russell’s decision of the missing Affidavit of Merit.
Jan. 19, 2004 District XI Secretary Robert Stober wrote in a letter that there will
be no docketed charges against Robert Correale (And his law firm, Maynard & Truland).
From 2004 until current time, John Cunningham
has tried to get the federal government and the State of New Jersey to investigate what took place.
The State of New Jersey refuses to answer
John's letters and return phone calls. The federal Department of Justice insists that John gets this resolved through
the State of New Jersey.
The one time that the Office of Attorney Ethics did write another
letter, the chief counsel insisted that John bring the charges again through District X committee. (Robert Correale's
former committee.)

Jack Cunningham's case is interesting, I have run into certain
things in NJ courts myself… Statute of limitations issue is bogus…
fraud has no limitation in federal court, and Statute of limitations
runs from the time the fraud is found… It is an act to deceive, an
act of fraud, an act to manipulate due process, - sanctions should be implemented – One of many
cases spell this out… Referring both to the objective
and subjective elements, we have held that qualified immunity would
be defeated if an official "knew or reasonably should have known that
the action he took within his sphere of official responsibility would violate the constitutional
rights of the [plaintiff], or if he took the action with the malicious intention
to cause a deprivation of constitutional rights or other injury."
Harlow et al v. Fitzgerald, 457 U.S. 800; 102 S. Ct.
2727; 73 L. Ed. 2d 396; (1982). (Emphasis added) File
a civil suit in the United States District Court for the District
of New Jersey (federal court) - file this Civil Complaint under U.S.C. 28 §1331,
federal question, civil actions arising under the Constitution,
under U.S.C. 42 §1983, a civil action for deprivation
of rights, and U.S.C. 42 §1985 a civil action for Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights against all Defendant’s
you can list (growing list below)… you can do
it pro se and file an application to proceed indigent…
all documents are on the District of New Jersey (federal court)’s web site…
State
courts have concurring jurisdiction over this type of civil suit, it can
be filed in state court BUT Federal Courts are more easygoing with Pro Se writings,
minor errors in format and rules etc… And if
a state attorney represented anyone, the challenge here would be if he was authorized to do
so… i.e. an application filed for their service, defendant within the scope
of employment… etc… if not.. it was fraud… Check out the principles of the Noerr-Pennington Doctrine…
first Amendment Rights… you may have further
elements to build your case… Void Judgments, move
to vacate previous judgments for harmful errors, constitutional
violations, fraud… etc… all forms and docs you
need are on the court web sites. Bill Help
bring this to Justice.
On December 21, 2000, I first wrote a letter to the New Jersey Supreme Court's Office of Attorney
Ethics complaining about the Maynard & Truland law firm in Morristown, New Jersey and their attorney Robert Correale.
Maynard & Truland was a law firm that I retained to represent me in a Superior court case. We were four months into
the contract, so I did not want to change the law firm; I just wanted Maynard & Truland and their attorney Robert Correale
to act professionally. My complaints in the letter were Maynard & Truland's complete lack of professionalism,
which included their gross negligence, their (Correale) overcharging me, their (Correale) false billing, their (Correale)
inability to have me removed from a court default that they caused themselves and their (Correale) complete lack of communications.
I no longer wanted to feel like I was fighting Maynard & Truland and their attorney Robert Correale, more than the real
opposing parties.
I opened my letter to NJ Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Ethics explaining that I was
a veteran from the Vietnam War and that I was disabled with PTSD, due to heavy combat from living and serving (24/7) in a
Vietnamese peasant village. I added that I suffered from chronic pain resulting from a terrorist bomb blast that I received
in the village. I highlighted how Maynard & Truland's lack of professionalism was greatly exacerbating my PTSD
and chronic pain. At the time, I was not looking for anything other than Maynard & Truland to represent me
in a professional manner, yet understand I suffered from veterans disabilities. With the letter, I included a federal
Veterans Affairs (VA) diagnose statement as well as VA medical progress reports, which clearly stated the impact Maynard &
Truland ethics violations were having on my disabilities. I also supplied letters that I sent Maynard & Truland's
attorneys begging them to act professionally. I supplied all this personal information in the hope the State of New
Jersey would provide me with some reasonable disability accommodations and insure that the law firm acted professionally. Six days later, the Secretary of District X Ethics
Committee, Bonnie C. Frost wrote a return letter that stated, due to New Jersey Court rules, their office could not do anything
to help me. She added I was free to get advice from another attorney.
Whether it was warranted or
not, the Office of Attorney Ethics - District X's lack of support just added to the anxiety and even opened the door for
Maynard & Truland to continue ongoing ethics violations. Their over-charging, false billing, negligence, lack of
communications continued. At one point a Maynard & Truland attorney arrived unprepared at Superior Court for an
arbitration, and I was forced to represent myself as their attorney sat quietly to my left. I ended up getting
charged over $600 for the attorney just sitting there. (Even this, he charged at the inflated rate.)
A little
over two years later, when I refused to pay their open bill, Maynard & Truland attorneys brought me to Superior court
for $1,700. I counter sued on the same docket for Legal Malpractice against the firm. During a break in the court
proceedings, I learned that the Maynard & Truland attorney Robert Correale was the local Vice Chairman of New Jersey's
Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics. He was himself responsible for bringing official ethics violations to New Jersey's
Supreme Court for himself and his law firm, Maynard & Truland. This was the same Attorney Ethics Committee that
I asked to support me two years before. (Major Conflict of Interest)
The detailed evidence, I supplied the
Superior Court Judge Ronald Graves on the Open Bill/Legal Malpractice case that day was enough for the judge to decide against
Vice-Chairman of Attorney Ethics Robert Correale and his law firm. Their open bill charges were dropped and the judge
determined that my charges of legal malpractice warranted (merited) the Superior Court Law Division for damages.
When I brought the Legal Malpractice case to Superior Court Law Division, Judge Ronald Graves court transcript was missing
and could not be typed. It actually disappeared. My Superior Court Law Division Legal Malpractice case against
the Maynard & Truland law firm and Vice-Chairman of the New Jersey Supreme Court Office of Attorney Ethics Robert Correale
was then thrown out of Superior Court for lack of merit. How convenient was this...
Vice-Chairman of Attorney
Ethics Robert Correale and his fellow Maynard & Truland attorneys were later cleared by the Office of Attorney Ethics,
when they swore to written Certifications to the New Jersey Supreme Court, which were filled with perjurious, misleading and
vague statements.
This Superior Court transcript went missing in 2003. The State of New Jersey is still looking
for it. Although, I have written numerous letters to the federal Department of Justice requesting they assist me in
getting my Civil Rights and Due Process from the State of New Jersey, the Department of Justice insists this is a New Jersey
issue and they refuse to help. My years of certified letters to New Jersey governors, attorney generals, NJ federal
senators, NJ court systems go unanswered.
In 2010, the Cover-Up still goes on... Former Vice-Chairman
Robert Correale, his former attorneys at Maynard & Truland and those politicians and state government officials, who protected
them for almost ten years, stay above state and federals laws.
Currently, my State Senator Steven Oroho has been
investigating this and has been since November 2008. I'm also trying to get my federal Congressman Scott Garrett
involved in getting me my Due Rights and charging the State of New Jersey with denying me my civil rights for almost ten years
and the violating the Americans with Disabilities Act for not giving me reasonable disability accommodations in the New Jersey
Supreme and Supreme Court systems. This still remains the biggest topic of my Veterans Affairs (VA) therapy sessions and the exacerbation of my PTSD
and chronic pain continues. But the one thing I know, I won't give up trying to get justice from the federal
and state government. I never want to see this
happen again to another PTSD vet or regular citizen.

and his wife, Joan | |
On March 11, 2008, my wife
and I went to the F.B.I. office in Newark, New Jersey. To be honest, I felt I was stonewalled by the two agents, who I spoke with from Public Corruption
Squad 8. The lead agent refused to review my
evidence, unless I had original documents with me. He told me I could have typed the documents myself.
Three of the documents were New Jersey Supreme Court Attorney Ethics Certifications,
along with Maynard & Truland's Contract and Invoices). When I asked the federal agent, if it was
a crime for me to make up false evidence and lie to F.B.I. agents, he didn’t answer me. The
discussion went down hill from there. However, I did get the two agents to review part of my evidence, including
the part that they thought I may have typed myself (The New Jersey Supreme Court Attorney
Ethics Certifications, along with Maynard & Truland's Contract and Invoices). When I asked the lead F.B.I. agent, if my Civil Rights to Due Process were being
violated, he said no. I also asked, if the State of New Jersey should have given me "Reasonable Disability
Accommodations" for my PTSD. He just repeated that no federal laws were broken. Since the agents refused to review the New Jersey Supreme Court Attorney Ethics
Certifications, along with Maynard & Truland's Contract and Invoices, because they were not the originals, I
actually had to play make-believe. They looked through
part of the Certifications of James Maynard & Robert Correale and compared it to the Maynard & Truland's Contract. The
F.B.I. agent admitted that all three contradicted each other when it came to the law firm's billing and Retainer paragraphs.
Without farther information, the agent said the Maynard & Truland contract was wrong.
After the agent examined Robert Correale's certification pertaining to the day he first started work on my case and compared
it to his law firm's invoice's start-work date, the agent brought up again that I may have typed the documents myself. What knocked me almost out of my chair was when the agent
told me that Superior Court transcripts can get lost before they can be typed. Just because Judge Ronald
Graves' transcript went missing does not mean it is part of a Cover-Up. Details at:
http://www.americans-working-together.com/id111.html
In the end, I was told that my corruption charges against the State of New Jersey were for civil court in the State
of New Jersey. Since no federal crimes were being broken by New Jersey State officials
and politicians, I had to deal with the State of New Jersey. When I informed the agents that the New Jersey
Governor’s office and his Attorney General’s office do not even answer my certified letters, I was again
informed that they are not breaking any federal laws.
The below letter was sent to U.S. Senator Robert Menendez and a number of other
U.S. senators and congressmen/congresswomen in September 2006. Senator John McCain was the only response I received.
His letter stated that I must deal with my New Jersey federal senators. Senator Robert Menendez and his staff
have never answered this letter and have never placed anything in writing. ( Senator Robert Menendez phone: 202-224-4744 ) New Jersey Governor Jon
Corzine continues to not answer my numerous letters to him. The federal Department of Justice, including the F.B.I.,
insist that I must deal with the State of New Jersey. The saga continues. In Vietnam, Webmaster Jack
Cunningham served (24/7) in a Vietnamese peasant-farming village. At times, there were only four (4) Americans
in a village of 2,000 homes. Jack is holding his M-79 grenade launcher. The weapon was nicknamed "The
Blooper" because of the sound the weapon made, when it released a round.
Your "Due
Process" under the law was violated. Perjury is also an issue which should not be over-looked. Try communicating with the US Attorney and/or FBI. --------- Having been a pretty good "street cop" for 35 years this December, I
read carefully what you sent me. If
I was involved with this case and having the documentation that you and the courts have, I believe that I would approach a
mid-ranking Officer in the police service in your area and inquire about "perjury" investigations. -------------------------- After
spending 28 years in law enforcement, I've never seen such screw ups in my life. Sounds like these lawyers
had something going with friends in high New Jersey government places.
Theft of your constitutional rights and
due process under the law, by deception. Please
contact Senator Robert Menendez (Information below) and demand that John "Jack" Cunningham get his Due Process from
the federal government and the State of New Jersey.
PLEASE PASS THIS REQUEST AROUND TO
YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO USE THE INTERNET.
The below letter was sent to U.S. Senator Robert
Menendez in May 2006, but he made no attempt to get the questions in the letter answered.
He did his part in adding to this Cover-Up. This letter is just one of many different letters that were addressed to
the listed politicians and New Jersey State Goverment officers. These questions were never addressed in verbal
or written form by these parties.
Although this letter and a great deal of other evidence have been sent by certified mail to
New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine and His appointed NJ Attorney General, both these government offices refuse to reply
or respond to my phone calls.
Being the local Vice-Chairman
of New Jersey's Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Ethics, Robert D. Correale, Esq. was able to do what he and his Law
Firm of Maynard & Truland wanted. With all their friends and influence around the State of New Jersey, they
were clearly above the law. At least, they were for the last 5 to 6 years.
